Everyone was wonderful, but our Event Manager and Catering Sales Coordinator were amazing to work with. The responsiveness was excellent and help with some of the issues we faced was great.

Spectra, the management company for the Duke Energy Convention Center, initiates a company-wide customer service program called GREAT.
